Rosemary, for remembrance, they say, well, they could have a point.

Rosemary is said to have properties that stimulate brain activity. The aroma is said to improve a person’s concentration and mood. In addition, Rosemary contains carnosic acid, which helps protect against brain damage and may improve the recovery of stroke victims.

Some people use Rosemary to improve indigestion, although not scientifically proven.

Rosemary is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatories, which help to boost the immune system and improve circulation.

There is emerging evidence that Rosemary may also improve eye health.

Too much Rosemary may induce vomiting or cause stomach upset.
