Lavender is a member of the mint family and is known for its beautiful purple flowers. It has a sweet floral scent and can be added to bathwater or drunk as a tea. If you infuse it in some water, you can spray it on your sheets to aid in a good night’s sleep.
Roll some lavender oil on your temples to soothe headaches. I stick sachets of Lavender in my drawers just like my grandmother did. Do you remember going to the CNE and seeing those piles of Lavender to put in your drawers? I do!!
There are so many uses for this versatile flower.
