A quick refresh, and we were off. While we were there, we discovered that an MBS (mind, body, spirit) show was going on, so obviously, that was the first place two psychics would go. It was a wonderful event, and some networking happened. As a result, Jo received a sponsor for her Western Australia Tarot Conference. She was pleased to welcome Rockpool Publishing aboard.
We then wandered around Sydney Harbour and had an amazing outdoor lunch, complete with robots bussing the tables. Then we were off. A long, long walk later, we were at the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Spectacular is all that I can say! We finished off a wonderful day with a rooftop dinner complete with bubbles and a fireworks show. It was truly amazing.
Day two saw us wandering around again. This time in the historic Sydney Marketplace. The food, the crafts, and the people were all so friendly and helpful. We did crash a bit early and grabbed food for the hotel room.
Then, we were off early for our flight to Perth. Once there, I go to meet the family of Margie, the very old but friendly dog and cocky 35-year-old. We stopped and got a few bits and relaxed for the evening.
Now, don’t worry—I am not going day by day through my entire trip. I did, however, get to see Kangaroos and Koalas in their wild habitat. I also saw all sorts of wild parrots and other birds, including a Kookaburra, yes, sitting in a tree. I do believe it was a gum tree. There were dolphins and beach time. I never saw a drop of rain.
The Western Australia Tarot Conference was fabulous. I would return again in a heartbeat! There was so much to learn and share with. I met some amazing people and received many books and self-published decks. I had to find another suitcase, but I have no regrets about that.

Did I mention Gnomesville…
Those are tens of thousands of Gnomes that people have left.
The last two days we worried about bush fires. Yes, they were closer than we would have liked. The airport closing was a concern. However, here I sit.
There were some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The picture of the red sky is amazing. But that beautiful red sky is a result of the fires and the smoke. I learned firsthand of the devastation of a bushfire.
I did so much on this trip. One of the exciting things is that I have been asked back!! Off I go to board the first of three flights and 27 hours of flying.
Now I will tell you what’s up for April.
